Configure all existing handsets with BridgePoint credentials — Reception, Nurses Station, Maternity, Kitchen, Maintenance, etc.
Call Flow & IVR Setup
Configure auto-attendant, ring groups, time-based routing, voicemail boxes, and call routing rules
Number Porting
Handle the transfer of Pohlen's phone numbers from the current system to BridgePoint
Testing & Go-Live Support
Validate all call routing, test each extension, and support during cutover
About the Phones
This pricing assumes Pohlen Hospital owns the existing phones. We'll reconfigure them to work with BridgePoint — no new hardware purchase required.
If any phones need replacing, we can quote for new handsets separately.
